Prior to her business endeavor, Pasky was a ballerina, and credits her self-regimentation and success to the discipline she learned from ballet, according to a recent Detroit Free Press article.
Her global IT staffing firm is now one of Michigan’s biggest staffing companies and the largest woman-owned business in the state. It earned $205 million in revenues last year and has 1,800 employees in the U.S. and Europe.
“We still have our core services and our core style, but we’ve let our services evolve to meet our customers’ needs as they’ve changed,” Pasky says about her business strategy in the article. “And I think that’s an important distinguishing factor because not every business can figure out how to do that.”
