The staffing firm that hired a medical technician facing charges he started a hepatitis C outbreak in Exeter, N.H., is now the subject of a lawsuit, according to a Plymouth-Canton Patch article.

“Triage failed to exercise reasonable care when it hired Mr. Kwiatkowski in view of all of the circumstances surrounding the job,” said the attorney, Domenic Paolini, in a statement.
